Is there any reason the package is case sensitive ? I find it rather hard to remember the exact case when using a dnf install. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Naming?rd=Packaging:NamingGuidelines#Case_Sensitivity Can you at least add a virtual provide that is case insensitive ?
