dropbox-nautilus, which
can be installed using the repository provided by this package, by no means
contains the actual dropbox daemon. Instead it downloads and install that
daemon into each user's ~/.dropboxd (at least it did that last time I tried).
So, there *is* room for a lpf-dropbox package containing dropboxd installed
system-wide...
Agreed, that could be done in a meaningful way. OTOH, it's a some work and adds
some complexity to something which more or less works "out of the box" anyway.
Now, the reason i submitted this request is more like a test of the
legal/policy ramifications for packaged yum configuration in rpmfusion. As long
as it isn't clarified if/how/when this is allowed, this should really be the
focus here IMHO.
And as of now, this is clear as mud to me.
