History as indicated in bug 5093, with fixes for issues identified there
incorporated into upstream.

I also finally got the vp9 codec working, to the plugin doesn't crash every
time you attempt to use it. Unfortunately it meant enabling their bundled
libvpx. There must be patches applied that don't work with the system library.
