I'll be glad to have you as co-maintainer.
There's support for libbluray in mplayer trunk svn r31631, that's
probably the one you're the most interested in.
Also, there's support in mythtv, I don't know the details thought.
VLC also has something in the work, no details either.
I'm testing with xine. There is an input and a demuxer plugin available
out of tree. I have an rpm for that :

http://www.bachelot.org/fedora/SRPMS/xine-lib-extras-bluray-0-0.1.2010082...
I think libaacs doesn't stand a chance for Fedora, so it's either an RPM
Fusion or Livna candidate, but libbluray might make it.
libbdplus is still not available, but I have some hope to get a snapshot
soon-ish.
As expected, libbluray has been accepted and libaacs has been rejected
by Red Hat Legal team. I hope libaacs will be fine for RPM Fusion and
I've filed a review request :

fwiw, libbluray support is currently available for mplayer, mythtv and
vlc trunk. xine-lib is also supported through an out of tree input
plugin (see above). I think handbrake also has support, but I'm not sure
about this one.
