Hi, folks. Some of you may know me as the Fedora QA community monkey.
I've been working for a while to package a driver for the infamous Intel
GMA 500 (Poulsbo) graphics chipset, and providing it on my blog. I've
now got it into decent-enough shape to submit for RPM Fusion (I think).
The review request is at
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=775 . It'd be great if
people could help review it. It's quite a complex little set of
packages, so experienced reviewers probably best :).
I've checked with the appropriate folks at Red Hat and they've said it's
fine for RH staff to maintain packages in RPM Fusion so long as those
packages do not infringe on any U.S. laws or patents (these don't,
they're just partly non-free) and it's done on personal time. So please
let it be understood that any and all contributions I make to RPM Fusion
are entirely my personal voluntary contribution, they are not Red Hat
work, not done on Red Hat time, and cannot be taken to represent Red Hat
in any way shape or form. OK, cleared that up!
Thanks, all.
