Well, I don't think it's really wise to open a testing phase without
having a porper place to report bugs. But we could say "please report
them on the lists for now" or "do this and that and then somebody will
reassign the bug to the proper owner."
What is the status on the bugzilla component creation anyways? And I'm all for
moving forward without having that in place, we can just tell people to assign
any bugs which do not have a component yet to component foo and then we can
re-assign as necessary.

/me focuses on the kmods for now
Given my new employer I don't feel to comfortable lobying for this any volunteer?
