Odd question: Do you need an official decryption key for using libaacs and
if it so, where I can get this key?
This library is only an implementation of the AACS specification, and as
such, doesn't provide the keys. To allow playback of (some) commercial
BDs, you'll have to fetch these keys from the internet, the library only
is useless for this purpose. That said, this link might help :
