That seems premature. In 59.0.3071.115-2, I committed Rathann's patch to enable
alternatives and conditionalized the spec such that if the %freeworld variable
is flipped to 1, it will build the matching chromium-libs-media-freeworld
addon.

This should make it extremely easy for rpmfusion to do complementary upgrades,
possibly even automated ones.
