branch still builds against rawhide which sine a few hours is heading
towards F-14. IOW: something should happen soon...
Well, currently .fc13 srpm builds .fc14 binary rpms, which should
be fixed anyway:

IMO if "early branching" is difficult on rpmfusion currently, we
should use Fedora's development/13 (i.e. F-13, not F-14) tree for
rpmfusion "rawhide" for now.
