I made that mistake last night, qtractor has no lib dir
$ rpm -qlp '/home/leigh/Desktop/qtractor-0.5.4-1.fc17.x86_64.rpm'
/usr/bin/qtractor
/usr/share/applications/qtractor.desktop
/usr/share/doc/qtractor-0.5.4
/usr/share/doc/qtractor-0.5.4/AUTHORS
/usr/share/doc/qtractor-0.5.4/COPYING
/usr/share/doc/qtractor-0.5.4/ChangeLog
/usr/share/doc/qtractor-0.5.4/README
/usr/share/doc/qtractor-0.5.4/TODO
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/qtractor.png
/usr/share/locale/qtractor_cs.qm
