To confirm, latest SVN does not have libGoAhead and uses libmicrohttpd instead
This likely doesn't help us. The licening xbmc ships with its GoAhead sources
* puts us under a legal risk of being sued by GoAhead, because we are patching
GoAhead.
* Very likely invalidates xbmc's licensing, i.e. xbmc's sources very likely are
*NOT GPL'ed*.
