Kodi 18.4
The next update is building.
Python 3 support has been added to Rawhide only. If anyone can test this build
please provide feedback. Python 2 add-ons won't work. I'm going to try testing it
myself but more eyes are better.
I'm also going to push an InputStream update after Kodi 18.4 is finished.
