Do we really need this package ?
This was probably a good replacement for mpg123 when a actively
maintained. But last release was in 2002.
That doesn't mean it is unmaintained by itself. But at least
Obsoleting newer mpg123 seems be uneeded.
(the alternative %post command would make the work).
On the other side, sox (in Fedora) will need to use a "play" and
"record" symlinks for the next version

And if my patches get merged, maybe we can have libtool-ltdl support
for dlopening module (that can enhance mp3 and even amr support within
sox). Thoses modules could land in RPMFusion then.
So i wonder who pick the mpg3-cmdline symlinks alternative command
line ? And maybe we can choose play and record instead ?
(this will probably need to be discussed in the fedora-devel ml )
