How bad is the fallout? What are the opinions on pushing this to F-18 too?

I'm fine with having this version on F-18. But given that there is an ABI change, there is a need to re-create the current list of rebuilt.

BTW, I've made a little update on the ffmpeg spec related to current sources.
The most notable change is to rely on the builtin rmtp implementation.
