Just to clarify, religious texts are *not* allowed in Fedora, but software
which downloads and uses religious texts *is* allowed in Fedora. The sword
package doesn't include any Bibles, but on first use, it pops up a screen
asking you to download one.
If Al-Anvar doesn't actually include the Quran in the package (and there are no
licensing issues with the software), then it should be fine for Fedora.
