forgot ext/xvid in extdirs (which adds xvidcore-devel as a BuildRequires)
No, that was removed compared to the 0.10 package on purpose as it has not yet
been ported to the new 1.0 API.
Also, you should probably use %global rather than %define.
Fixed.
Here is a new version (which also rebases to the the new upstream 0.11.99
