[Bug 2101] Review request: vbam - Gameboy Advance Emulator combining features of all VBA forks

I keep getting this error: /home/makerpm/rpmbuild/BUILD/vbam-1.8.0.1042/src/common/ffmpeg.cpp:12:34: fatal error: libavformat/avformat.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated. I have ffmpeg-devel installed, which includes libavformat/avformat.h. Does anyone know what this issue is caused by?
