The wiki has been mostly cleaned up.

However, if you guys can do a double check see if everything is back to normal, that would be really helpful.

In the mean time, account creation has been disabled while validating the cleanliness.

Also, I updated the badContent regex list and TextCha to prevent amap such a spam.

Let us know of anything that might look weird since
