I thought maybe it was a transient error but 5 build attempts and still no luck:

   Status code: 404 for http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/k/krb5-libs-1.17-44.fc32.x86_64.rpm

Looks like -45 release has been built for Fedora... Bad repo data?
