For the certificate part, yes. I logged in to the account page in rpmfusion, copied the certficate and pasted the public key section in the file. After that, going on the plague client setup page I saw that the rpmfusion-packager-setup command already sets up the same certificate. Maybe that command should be moved in the previous paragraph.

Regarding the failed package import I'm still stuck. Any hint?
