The first one has been made by Peter Verschoor: http://iconzworld.com/nx06-icons.html I'm talking with him if and under which license it is OK to distribute the icon. ATM he is worried about having trouble with Nintendo. I told him that he shouldn't have any trouble as long as he remove the Nintendo logo from the image.
