github interaction

Hi there, It seems like only a few of us that have github account are receiving github notifications from PR that are submitted via github. This has to be fixed. So please mention here if you have a github account that is not part of the packager team in github organization. For your info ticket tracker are disabled on purpose not to duplicate our bugzilla. Also the usual process is to merge commit into our SCM (pkgs) that is automatically mirrored to github. (this is no back and forth sync) so PR on github are disabled by ACL to prevent any bypass.
