I reviewed this package. There are a few minor issues. Otherwise it
is good:

Nonconforming tab character in column
warnings in the log but I don't know fortran and I don't know what these mean.
Irrelevant?
These warnings come from tabs used as white spaces. Upstream should change tabs
by ws but it's irrelevant for the code
* The source code doesn't indicate a specific version of GPL. Hence the license
tag must be jut GPL+. And the upstream should be notified.
