I'm fine with having this version on F-18. But given that there is an
ABI change, there is a need to re-create the current list of rebuilt.
BTW, I've made a little update on the ffmpeg spec related to current
sources.
The most notable change is to rely on the builtin rmtp implementation.

Out of those, kmediafactory, minidlna and motion fail due to glibc, vlc
due to kernel, and kdemultimedia-extras-freeworld should be retired [1].
So it seems we have only 3 genuine ffmpeg-related failures. Looks good
to me :)
