This is the same problem I've got with vlc.
Currently it's not possible to use builder.wilsonet.com for Rawhide/F-17.
So you can resubmit your jobs using:
PLAGUE_CLIENT_CONFIG=~/.plague-client-rpmfusion.cfg
/usr/bin/plague-client requeue 11009
Hopefully it will be built using builder1.rpmfusion.org and that will work.
