You need to run these as superuser root.

[root@pelotinux masch]# rpm -V aalib-libs
S.?.....    /usr/lib/libaa.so.1.0.4
 

Is this with SELinux in enforcing mode?
It's was in enforcing, I tried in Disabled and permissive and I got the same error.
