Sorry to bring bad news again, but builds are failing
again due to buildroot issues on both f25 and rawhide.
Specificially populating the buildroot fails for building
This is fixed, resubmitted those.
I've upgraded the arm builders to f24, it's now possible to use dnf to
populate the buildroot.
(f23 will keep using yum for RPM Fusion).
We only have one arm builder, until I can respin the others hosts.
