'dtv-scan-table' is required by 'tvheaded' This package is provided on Fedora but cannot be branched on el7 for missing dependencies (v4l-utils >= 1.4.0). This must be built for RPMFusion-el7 only, 'v4l' tools are compiled inside the builddir of 'dtv-scan-tables' RPM and just executed (and not installed) to convert the files provided in the 'dtv-scan-tables' source archive.
