More details about this.

After seeing Ken Dreyer submitting with success a new built for F-19
free of openafs-kmod package, I tried again to build the failing job
(e.g. 17936), but with no success.
After "crawling" the build logs files for the 2 packages (openafs-kmod
and wl-kmod), I didn't notice something obvious (at least for me - I'm
not a specialist). For the moment, the only difference I can see is that
one package is for free part of the repository and the other for the
nonfree part.
One build process can download and install with mock the kmodtool
package, the other fails on downloading the same package with this
error:

DEBUG util.py:257:
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/development/19/x86_64/os/kmodtool-1-22.fc19.noarch.rpm: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404"

which seems justified as directory "19" doesn't exist under folder
development on that server.

I'm still seaching for the root cause, as this service obviously doesn't match it's configuration.
Either the service need to be restarted or the configuration retrieved on the builder from the master server.

I will workaround the problem in few hours
