Alternate solution: Provide rpmfusion-free-remix-kickstarts and rpmfusion-nonfree-remix-kickstarts; the later package mainly could just include the kickstart files from the former and add the nonfree repo. Can't really follow the "Hence I believe..." part. rpmfusion-nonfree-release makes nonfree package available to the system and hence is in the nonfree repo, even if it itself is free.
