Most of the gstreamer packages are currently updated in fedora.
I know Hans (primary maintainer) is on vacation currently so I wonder if someone using gstreamer would be interested in doing the update.
There is a need to update the right version of gstreamer for earch fedora version, and probably update the appropriate bundled libva in the gst1-libav case.
I don't know if there is breakage to expect if the fedora/RPM Fusion versions differ too much.
Please block #33 if needed.
