Is it optional, or always required ?
(Eg. swfdec is in fedora, and didn't need ffmpeg)
swfdec uses gstreamer which means it can be installed without plugins so it
would work with say the WebM codec when its more widespread and hence not
needing h264. lightspark currently uses ffmpeg directly rather than gstreamer
so it unfortunately has to be in rpmfusion.
