Hi here it is my propose, 

SPEC: https://www.serjux.com/rpms/lpf-flash-plugin.spec
SRPM: https://www.serjux.com/rpms/lpf-flash-plugin-27.0.0.130-1.fc28.src.rpm

in resume https://github.com/rpmfusion/lpf-flash-plugin/pull/5 , which means I
proposing replace Npapi with Ppapi in same package , while adobe offer the 2
options , I think we should adopt only Ppapi solution , one of the reason is
because using freshplayer seems to me that Firefox works better , we use more
compiled source code.
