Richerd, I believe you simply pass --target i686 to mock when running
it..
e.g.
mock --target=i686 -r epel-7-x86_64 mysrpm.srpm
EPEL doesn't support i686, so one need to create a dedicated mock config file
using CentOS altarch.

Because of that, we can only support few specifics packages in RPM Fusion built
for 32bit, but provided in the x86_64 repository. libva (and
libva-intel-driver) is one of them.
