Another alternative could be to have different maintainers for the
Fedora and EL branches, if the Fedora maintainer doesn't want to take
the EL branch too, just like it's done in EPEL. That may allow more
people to participate and more packages to be maintained for the EL
branch. Not sure how much work this would add on the already very
limited workforce of the RPM Fusion infrastructure team though.
