Why don't you use Source0:

This is an inheritance from an old SVN release.

[!]: Development (unversioned) .so files in -devel subpackage, if
present.
Note: Unversioned so-files in private %_libdir subdirectory (see
attachment). Verify they are not in ld path.
I'm working with upstream maintainer to fix this issue.
