As we have technical reasons not to link libraries statically.
removing out the
internal dependencies from the tarball is the direct consequence of that it is
safe to do so.
It's completely unnecessary and the Fedora guidelines explicitly say NOT to do
it. You should simply rm -rf the directories in %prep if you're worried about
them getting accidentally picked up, NOT remove them from the tarball.
