Siril is already in Fedora proper:

As you can see the Fedora version is still maintained (neither orphaned or
retired).
In PRM Fusion we do not accept packages that override Fedora packages (or that
can go into Fedora proper).
You should really ask the current maintainer to update siril in Fedora.
If you want to submit a siril-freeworld package that provides additional
capabilities (i.e. that depends on RPM Fusion packages), it must not conflict
with the Fedora package.
The problem is that this version should be removed. This is an old unmaintened
project.
I already tried to contact maintainer with no success.
The new version, 0.9 is therefore a new born, and only this one should be
considered. The 0.8 version is not supported by the author since 2005!!!
