I tested it in file-roller with:
- single volume rar files
- multi-volume rar files
- password protected rar files
If I didn't screw up, it's just a matter of complete the changelog info.

Since we don't have "proven packagers" here on RPM Fusion that I'm
aware of, perhaps it would be worth emailing Conrad directly? You can
get his email address in the Assigned To field in the bug report.
