Please push openshot-1.4.0-1 into the stable repos.

I've had the package tested by one user and I've done some basic usage testing as well, so it's already been tested more than it would like be sitting in the testing repos for two weeks. Johnathan, the main OpenShot developer, is going to make a release announcement and would like to include Fedora in said announcement. Thanks, Richard
