The maintainer of the rpmfusion package did a great job for quite a while but seems to have lost interest. Using git to get the latest source and compiling is not too bad. I have done it on Fedora 12, 13, and 14. git, configure, satisfy all missing and wanted requirements, configure, make. Login or su and make install.
