They will (but doing so should be relatively easy, the packages *should* be relatively clean and good already)...

I would say this is not a rename, more an administrative move, I'm ok to import them as is as soon as all dependencies will build with xine-lib 1.2. The opposite move (from RPM Fusion to Fedora) wouldn't be the same. So unless there is a strong disagreement about that, I would make an exeption.
