For the future, where should the co-maintainer request go? On the

I was searching around for a formal SOP for co-maintaining in RPM
Fusion, and I didn't see anything. I can add this to the wiki if you
want.
Whoops... my google-fu was not strong enough to find the instructions
at http://rpmfusion.org/Contributors/CVSRequests , so I added a small
