youtube test
Took me way longer than I want to admit to realize that I could just download
the chromium SRPM and copy the spec into the extracted folder in order to
easily acquire all the patches.
It works great, and passed the "youtube test"
https://www.youtube.com/html5
with flying colors!
Dependencies resolved.

Complete!
It overrid the chromium-libs-media package as it was supposed to and worked out
of the box after that. Well done mystery SPEC updater. Definitely promising
results.
