So we just need :

    dnf install
http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/adobe-release/adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
    dnf install flash-player-ppapi freshplayerplugin


on /usr/share/doc/flash-player-ppapi-25.0.0.171/license.pdf we can read :
