...The problem is just that to be welcome in rpmfusion, we must get a clear statement that the lpf-* packages are not eligible for Fedora. At this point, this is actually not clear since the review (including Spot's legal check) has approved lpf-spotify-client.
That's because FE-Legal answear questions about what is legally possible whereas FESCO or the Board would create guidelines following our moral principles.
It's possible to have lpf-spotify in a repository, but the fedora project as a whole choose not to have it.
