Upgrade build infra to be closer to Fedora's ?

Hi, While RPM Fusion is following closely the Fedora Packaging Guidelines for the most part, the build system is quite different. I think there was some plan to upgrade the RPM Fusion build infrastructure to be more closely matched to the Fedora build infrastructure. Is there any wiki page tracking this or can someone (kwizart, smootherfrogz ?) give a rough status ? Just for a bit of context, the xine-lib update to 1.2 branch involves moving a couple packages from Fedora to RPM Fusion and some of the maintainers have shown worries about learning something different than Fedora ways (or remembering the days where Fedora was running on the same kind of infra RPM Fusion is running now).
