You must run "make build" in the branch of the package you want to
build (i.e.devel, F-11, F-10, etc).

ya, I was but this is my first package, so that doesn't help. So the make build is a CVS command? I already did a cvs co common and it wont let me do it again to get to the cvs prompt. Also what do we need plague-client for then?
