- If (and only if) the source package includes the text of the
license(s)
in its own file, then that file, containing the text of the license(s)
for the package is included in %license.
Note: License file copyright is not marked as %license

need help here, what I need to do ?
- ./tkscid results not fully hardened, probably linker flags are
missing.

cflags ans ldflags are set, still happens ?
- There are some errors/warnings from rpmlint which must be fixed.
- Why do you move files under %{buildroot}/%{_docdir}/%{name}?
You can just use %doc or %license.
%doc and %license copy thing from BUILD dir to %{buildroot}, we already have
lots of files in %{buildroot} , so is just manage that better .
