No, the best reasoning against using dos2unix would be the favour of
saving an
extra BuildRequires (BR) since sed doesn't need to be BR'd.
The sed line you'd use for this task is not more complex than the dos2unix
line. The more BR's you use the more pressure is put on the server on each
build. Hence packagers usually prefer sed for this kind of a task.
I find these arguments weak, especially considering the negligible size and
impact of dos2unix. dos2unix makes for an more readable spec file IMO.
